"I cannot stress how intense and life-changing this week-long retreat has been. I know that may sound clichéd but it's true!

Firstly, the venue is perfection. Team this up with the most incredible tutors (Elle, Fi & Izzy) and I found myself in the most exquisite, protective bubble for learning. These three led us on a truly immersive week, filled with fun, laughter, creativity and so much more. Yes it is intense, with long days but it somehow didn't feel like it, in fact I didn't want the experience to end.

I went with some knowledge, an open mind and a desire to learn more for myself and really find who I am. I came away with a deeper understanding of so much more and a sisterhood and bond that is incredibly strong.

I won't give too much away, but allow yourself to let go, be transformed, sink into sacred ceremony and come away with the incredible gift of holding space for others as they journey through their life markers.
